Description
ZINSSER® Bulls-Eye® Oil-base interior primer sealer and stain killer is designed for interior applications where a heavy bodied, fast-drying oil-based primer sealer is needed. Bulls-Eye® dries in 2 hrs to a flat finish that sands easily and accepts any latex or oil-based topcoat. Bulls-Eye® effectively blocks stains, bright colors and graffiti on walls, ceilings, doors, trim, windows and cabinetry.
